That’s right, the new cast has been announced! I was traveling earlier this week so I haven’t had a chance to write an article about the new cast, but I will get one posted tonight or tomorrow. Stay tuned!!
Well that didn’t take long, did it?! Bachelorette Emily Maynard has been confirmed as a contestant on Dancing with the Stars 16. You can read all about it at Radar Online.
Hello everyone! The confetti has barely stopped falling from Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars, but ABC has announced the premiere date for the midseason version of the show! Dancing with the Stars 16 will premiere with a performance show on Monday, March 18, 2013 (yikes!) at 8:00 PM Eastern. The first results show will air Tuesday, March 26 at 9:00 PM Eastern. I will be back to cover the show (and hopefully travel and sickness will not cause me to be a slacker like I was this season) and in the meantime I’ll keep you posted on any news I hear this winter.
Ciao for now!!
So I had such high hopes when I started this blog to recap Dancing with the Stars. And I had a lot of fun recapping the shows I did.
It’s the week after our SHOCKING double elimination and I still haven’t recovered. Last week our stars picked each other’s dances for this week and there are some never-before-seen-on-this-show dances among them. This past weekend I was up in NJ for my birthday and since Monday was Columbus Day I had the day off. So I stayed up there an extra day and didn’t get home until last night. And the Yankees played last night, so I had to watch the game… Continue reading
I intended to write a full recap for Tuesday’s results show but I was not feeling well. So sorry to do this again, but for the results, visit Buddy TV again. I’ll be back with next week’s shows, I promise! But to all of you who fought with me over Bristol being the first star to be eliminated, I won’t say “I told you so,” but don’t ever underestimate the power of a strong voting fanbase. And NEVER get complacent when your star has a good week. Lack of votes has caused more people to be eliminated on this show than low scores have. And people who never vote are more inclined to vote to save someone they like after a bad performance than to vote for someone who has a good performance.
